- Charge HTs and verify spare battery dates in kit maintenance.
- Key your primary repeater — confirm offset, tone, and audio in both directions.
- Walk your PACE plan with household or net members: who is Primary contact if cell fails?
- Export one practice packet from the incident workspace so close-out is not new in a real event.
