Consulting services

Emergency communications consulting engagements are provided under separate written agreement. Scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in a proposal or contract — not by general website copy alone. On-site work may require additional safety, access, and liability terms agreed in writing.

Consulting recommendations describe design options and planning frameworks. Implementation, equipment purchase, licensing applications, and on-air operation remain the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in a signed engagement.

KI4TQN does not guarantee uninterrupted communications during any specific emergency or disaster. No engagement eliminates all operational risk.
